Your Impact 💫

As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be the cornerstone of our technical foundation, working directly with our CTO to:

- Shape and drive our technical architecture - from our sleek Next.js frontend to our robust Python backend
- Build and scale features that delight our users and transform how they work
- Collaborate with our AI engineer on cutting-edge LLM integrations, multi-agent systems, data collection and model fine-tuning
- Shape our engineering culture and help build our dream team
Make critical decisions about our technical direction and tooling

Our Tech Stack 💻

- ‍Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, React
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL
- Testing: Jest, pytest
- Infrastructure: Vercel, Google CloudAI
- Integration: LangChain, AutoGen.

Who We're Looking For 🪄

You're a builder at heart who loves creating elegant solutions to complex problems. You should be:

- Passionate about shipping fast and iterating based on user feedback
- Excited about working with cutting-edge tech and finding creative solutions
- A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Someone who takes ownership and drives projects from idea to completion

Technical requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, ideally in a startup environment
- Strong proficiency in our frontend stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Experience with Python backend development and API design
- Solid understanding of database technologies and cloud platformsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
